#Censorship

censorship

Censorship is a literary security check wielded by power to mask its own anxieties. It begins under the guise of protecting societal order, then quietly builds a graveyard of imagination. Censors scan for truth, stamping dissent out of existence with a red seal. And most terrifying of all is how people willingly don those chains themselves.

deplatforming

Deplatforming is the ceremonial exile where online realms banish inconvenient voices to preserve their own comfort. The mantra of protecting free speech becomes a convenient alibi for scapegoat hunts. The banished may be hailed as heroes cleansing the platform or condemned simply for stating uncomfortable truths. The creators' conscience is locked away alongside the Holy Grail of the algorithm. Meanwhile, spectators call it "social responsibility" and cheer with popcorn in hand.

mosaic

A mosaic is a visual sleight of hand that shatters what should be concealed into countless fragments, spurring the viewer’s imagination. By obscuring what is hidden, it paradoxically heightens curiosity while fragmenting the truth. The hyper-segmented pixels serve less to conceal than to reveal, embodying the paradox of visual censorship. In the name of concealment, mosaics become instruments of torture for the audience’s curiosity.
