A colleague relationship is a bizarre social ritual woven by individuals laboring under the same roof. While pretending to praise each other's accomplishments, they quietly sabotage one another behind the scenes on a daily basis. In meeting rooms, under the guise of sharing ideas, they sow seeds of suspicion, and at lunchtime they operate as a hub for exchanging grievances and gossip. Maintaining a delicate balance between cooperation and rivalry, they ultimately generate a shared hallucination that makes each other's presence inescapably conspicuous.
