Totalitarianism is a system that manages every freedom under the guise of ‘state benevolence.’ Citizens are lulled into a sense of choice while the government designs every act. Dissent is silenced in the name of ‘public safety,’ and only compliant masses receive praise. Individual dignity is replaced by statistics and directives, with efficiency worshipped as the ultimate value. It is the paradoxical apparatus where ‘your liberty exists only at the state’s leave.’
