Multiculturalism is the social pageant of displaying different cultures while covertly scrutinizing your neighbor’s plate. Every time a nation or corporation waves the banner of “diversity,” it becomes a self-indulgent theater of superiority. In theory it promotes mutual understanding, but in practice spawns endless rules and hollow checklists. It glorifies inclusion while artfully justifying exclusion and segregation. Ultimately, everyone proclaims equality—yet insists on their own special exception.
