A term that flamboyantly dances across corporate slide decks. It becomes an end in itself, merely decorative headcount. While proclaiming a variety of faces, the power structure remains unmoved. It calls for diverse voices yet ends up recycling the same slide deck. Diversity is the signpost pointing to homogeneity’s fastest path under the guise of change.
