A hidden dictator under the guise of self-regulation, it wields the most intimate control over your body and mind.

Hormones are tiny chemical dictators drifting through the body, commanding emotions and physiology with arbitrary whim. Secretly released without explanation, they occasionally go rogue, and the universal excuse becomes "blame the hormones". They have created a society where brain and organs are forgiven at the sound of that name. As the unseen architect behind every mood swing and physical ailment, they bear the brunt of all our complaints. Ultimately uncatchable and unstoppable, we can only pray to the chemical gods.
