Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal, Environmental ― you open each box, frown theatrically, and consolidate doubts into a PowerPoint slide for collective absolution. Executives perform this ceremony to feel they have tamed the beast of uncertainty. In reality, the same factors circle back every year. Yet it is endlessly repeated, for what isn’t documented ceases to exist.
