Bullying is a form of social ritual in which a group or power structure arbitrarily targets the weak under the guise of justice. The perpetrator abandons any sense of right or wrong, while the audience uses laughter as a shield for indifference. The victim forges bonds through suffering, and bystanders enjoy the privilege of escaping collective responsibility. A curious ceremony where the distortions of human relationships are legitimized without anyone being held accountable.

Harassment is a sport of crushing human dignity with a scepter called power. The perpetrator skillfully wields their position to gift the victim with self-loathing. The victim is forced into an endless loop of apology and self-improvement, eventually internalizing the abuser’s narrative. Policies and justice serve as tools to cage the powerless, hidden behind noble language. Raise your voice and you will be met with secondary harm—a device that coils an absurd obsession around its target. So-called policies become ornate timetables for psychological torture. The victim’s cry is not a bell of justice but the signal for yet another chain to tighten.

Harassment is the art of throwing pebbles at someone’s mind under the shield of authority. Disguised as harmless ‘advice,’ it subtly threatens punishment. The victim is cornered by verbal blades while onlookers shrug it off as mere ‘concern.’ The victim’s voice dwindles and the harasser proclaims their actions virtuous. It is the ominous flotsam bobbing in the hot spring of organizational harmony.
