#In-Group

inner circle

The "inner circle" is an exclusive stage of mutual praise performed by the chosen few, where external voices are dismissed as mere noise. By exchanging self-affirming compliments, any form of fair criticism or constructive debate is neatly locked away, and failures are ceremonially presented as "unexpected sacrifices." Decisions made within are always deemed optimal, forming a bizarre evaluation system where acquaintance level doubles as competence. Ironically, the sense of unity born here contains a mirror image truth: from the outside, it transforms into profound isolation.

inside reference

An inside reference is the ritualistic chant of jokes only a select few understand, proudly flaunting the circle’s tiny borders. It excludes no one explicitly, yet offers perpetual outsider status to newcomers. In the blink of a secret cue, participants savor the taste of being “chosen,” conveniently forgetting how absurd it looks from the outside.
