Social mobility is a slide that surreptitiously sweeps people up and down the stratified structure of society. Talent and effort serve only as rallying cries, while real movement is driven by opaque power plays and fierce scramble for promotion. Those who boast of climbing look down upon the wreckage of those who have slid back to the bottom. The rhetoric of equal opportunity is nothing more than a signboard, masking a cage of ruthless competition. Social mobility is a high-wire circus fueled by the hopes of the contestants.

The urban-rural divide is the geographic elitism of society, where cities greedily hoard people and resources while rural areas are left to wither. Municipal services plummet in speed as you leave the city limits, matched only by the vanishing gaze of politicians. In the countryside, hospitals are not symbols of care but signposts warning that without a car, life itself is at risk. Education budgets and infrastructure are banquet tables for cities, leaving rural regions perpetually hungry. The call for equality is the banner brandished by politicians, but it flutter by in speeches rather than reality.

The wealth gap is the spectacle where a handful of individuals amass mountains of money while the vast majority freeze in their shadows. This chasm cannot be bridged by effort or talent, but grows wider by the silent consent of society. Politicians sometimes praise it as "efficient distribution", while the media hail it as a "byproduct of growth". In reality, it is a digital caste system to justify the privileges of the ruling class. Those who shout the loudest for equality are often the ones preserving and deepening the divide.
