Lifelong learning is a societal campaign that pressures you to “keep studying until you drop.” At its core, it’s less about genuine curiosity and more about fueling an endless supply of seminar fees and inbox notifications. It stealthily steals any sense of fulfillment, replacing it with a credit line on the next masterclass. The ideal is self-actualization, but the reality is a never-ending movie with perpetual sequels. Well, at least if you’re still learning, you’re technically still alive.
