The legislature crafts laws, the executive theatrically enacts them, and the judiciary coolly judges the outcomes, creating a perfect infinite loop. In the name of balance, policies gently stall and reform proposals are torn apart and reassembled ad infinitum. Thus citizens enjoy the sublime freedom of obeying no one's orders wholeheartedly.
