Tolerance is the art of graciously overlooking dissent that threatens one’s delicate sense of righteousness. It is celebrated as a vast ocean of acceptance, though its depths rarely exceed a puddle. The broader one’s tolerance, the more elaborate the fortress of self-satisfaction it builds. It stands as a beautiful paradox, often revealing that the true adversary lies not in others, but in one’s own arrogance.

A tort is a spectacle of justice wearing a money‐grabbing mask. Its true goal isn’t remedying harm but performing rights through procedural theatrics. Ostensibly it proclaims apology and forgiveness, but performance often trumps real agreement. Branded as history’s bookkeeping exercise, its true responsibility vanishes into thin air. All that endures are sentimental vows and a handy collective amnesia.

A handful of experts spend years unveiling truths that often boil down to common sense or convenient scapegoats. Victims and perpetrators are equated in a ledger-balancing act that celebrates itself. Media hail it as proof of justice, as citizens wheel through waves of hope and disillusionment.

Touted as vital infrastructure connecting society, it paradoxically delivers the specter of collapse and the birthplace of congestion.
